Do I need to pay for the pass in advance?
Yes, if you want to use our centralized booking service, since we commit to our partner dive centers. If you prefer to book yourself, the pass can be created, and paid, closer to your trip.
What does the pass look like?
The pass is 100% digital. When it is created, you receive a link to your own page, which follows your itinerary and the balance of your dives.
What are the cancellation terms?
- Cancellation more than 5 days before the dive: 95% refund.
- Cancellation less than 5 days before the dive: no refund or postponement.
- Cancellation for medical reasons: 80% refund on presentation of a medical certificate, only if notified more than 24 hours before the dive.
- No-show or non-participation: no refund, postponement or transfer to another person.
- The dive center may cancel trips due to bad weather or force majeure. In that case, the refund is full.
- Travel insurance: we recommend travel insurance covering the cost of cancelled services.
